Unlike traditional PLC-based systems that rely on a single point of control, the FSC installs directly on each piece of fuel handling equipment—day tanks, pump sets, remote fill stations, filtration units—and connects them in a “masterless” network. If one controller fails, the rest continue operating. We can do 60, 120, or any number of day tanks in this way. That’s true redundancy, engineered for uptime.

This approach reduces the number of failure points, simplifies installation, and dramatically cuts down wiring—just two wires per day tank instead of fourteen. And with full network visibility from any touchscreen, troubleshooting becomes faster, easier, and less dependent on physical access to individual components.
