Easy Curve Setup with FlexFit Faceplate

Preferred’s FlexFit complete burner management and combustion control system combines simplicity and convenience with advanced control technology. Combustion curve commissioning is a breeze with the independent open/close servo commands from the faceplate for: Fuel Servo, FD Damper, FD VSD, and two programmable auxiliary servos. The FlexFit allows for the setup of up to 4 sets of combustion curve profiles: two fuels with FD VSD and full speed bypass curves for each fuel. Auxiliary servo options include: FGR, Draft, and Atomizing pressure control. The FlexFit integrates seamlessly with BMU servos, flame scanners, and stack oxygen sensor for a complete combustion control package.

Preferred’s FlexFit-78 and FlexFit-85 complete burner management and combustion control systems are ideal for retrofitting outdated E110 and RM7800L controllers. The simple 7-step retrofit process is designed to get your boiler up and running quickly. The FlexFit burner management unit is designed to mount directly on the existing E110 or RM7800L wiring base for minimal re-wiring and installation time. Linkageless parallel positioned control, Oxygen Trim, and VSD control allow the FlexFit to increase your boiler’s efficiency beyond what can be done with jackshaft controls.
