Over the holidays, we installed (4) new 200hp high performance, low NOx, API-AF burners with BurnerMate Universal controls at a high school in Brooklyn. These burners are oil-only, 8:1 turndown, mechanically atomized, and feature reduced electric usage and NO fiber metal mesh heads which reduces annual costs/ maintenance. Made in the U.S.A., and started up and serviced by our skilled and trained service engineers. Preferred burners are designed with built in options for future emissions reduction strategies so that facilities can retrofit their EXISTING equipment instead of expensive replacements.

The Advanced Performance Inject-Aire Low NOx Burner (API) produces an exceptionally stable flame at all firing rates. Capable of firing natural gas, light oil, heavy oil, digester gas, ethanol, and more, the API-AF offers a wide range of fuel burning capability. Our engineers specifically designed this burner speed up installation, reduce space requirements, and facilitate maintenance when needed. The API burner incorporates VFD for control of FD fan speed, resulting in significant electrical reductions, regardless of the type of fuel burned.
